The Iron Horse Outfitters and Inn LCC is a "2nd Life pursuit of happiness".
I was fortunate to have a career as a Firefighter for 22 years in Rochester Minnesota, and 4 years in the U.S.M.C I was able to retire and start a new chapter of my life. Luckier still, I am able to start a 2nd chapter as an Owner/Operator of the Iron Horse Outfitters and Inn LLC.
We cater to the adventurous traveler who wants to experience a vacation away from corporations, chain hotels, and fast food restaurants. People who want to get out and enjoy life! There is always something going on in Lanesboro.
The motorcycle store is full of motorcycle helmets, leather gear, and stuff that a traveler may need on the road! As an independent, I am able to carry unique items with tried and true standards, which riders expect. We know our products and test them personally before selling. We offer personal service and knowledge, along with internet competitive pricing.
My lifelong passion has been motorcycles. I started riding when I was 5yrs old.
I have taken my love of motorcycles and travel and made it my career.

When you arrive you will fall for this special place. Lanesboro has always been a tourists destination, all the way back to the Railroad days! The reason for this is easy to see. Rivers, streams, trails, back roads, and twisty tarmac made for Motorcycling.
Our hotel has four rooms and a "Gathering Room". All the rooms are on the second floor, on the bicycle trail, Downtown, and walking distance to all that Lanesboro has to offer.
